Who’s it for?
This space is for parents of highly sensitive or neurodivergent babies and toddlers—whether you’re just beginning to wonder if something’s “more” going on, or you’ve been deep in advocacy for a while.
It’s especially supportive for families navigating sleep, regulation, early signs, feeding, communication challenges, red flags, and accessing early intervention.
This is the community I wish I had from the very beginning. You’re not too early, and you’re never too late.

A little more about me…
👋🏼 I’m Lauren—RN, parent of three neurodivergent kids, and the founder of Spirited Baby Sleep. I’ve spent over a decade navigating therapies, sleep challenges, diagnoses, sensory systems, and emotional regulation—and I built this space because no family should have to figure this out alone.
Whether your baby is a few days old or your preschooler is 4, this is your space to learn, be held, and grow.
I’ll be in your corner every step of the way.
Can’t wait to meet you inside. ✨
Why Community Matters
When you’re surrounded by people who don’t understand your child—or your parenting—it becomes harder to stay grounded in what you know. The emotional toll of constantly explaining, defending, or justifying your choices can chip away at your confidence, even when you know you’re attuned to your child’s needs.
When you sit at a table with like-minded parents—people who see what you see and speak the same language of nervous system support, sensory regulation, and neurodivergence—something shifts. You begin to trust yourself more. You learn how to clearly articulate your concerns. You start walking into appointments with the language, research, and confidence you need to advocate effectively. And you stop feeling so alone.
The Early Neurodiversity Community isn’t just a place to learn—it’s a place to feel seen, supported, and strengthened. Because advocacy isn’t just about what you know—it’s about how regulated and connected you feel when it’s time to speak up. And that starts here.
You're exactly who this is for.
